REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases of the Emmpire Net 30 program offered by Emmpire Net30.

THREE-BUSINESS-DAY CANCELLATION PERIOD

Customers are provided three (3) business days from the date of purchase to cancel their purchase.

To cancel, the customer must submit a written cancellation request to Emmpire Net30 within the three-business-day cancellation period using the cancellation method provided in the customer's purchase confirmation.

If a valid cancellation request is received within this period, the purchase will be canceled and the payment will be refunded.

NO REFUNDS AFTER CANCELLATION PERIOD

AFTER THE THREE (3) BUSINESS DAY CANCELLATION PERIOD HAS EXPIRED, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Emmpire Net30 maintains a strict NO REFUND POLICY after the cancellation period.

No full or partial refunds will be issued after the cancellation period, including if the customer:

• changes their mind;
• decides not to continue with the program;
• fails to complete required forms or provide requested information;
• fails to participate or respond;
• does not use some or all of the services or resources provided;
• becomes dissatisfied after services have begun; or
• does not achieve a particular business credit, funding, financing, approval, or other result.

Purchasing the program does not guarantee funding, financing, approvals, specific business credit scores, credit limits, tradelines, or any particular financial result.

PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers agree to contact Emmpire Net30 regarding billing or service concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Emmpire Net30 reserves the right to contest payment disputes and provide the payment processor or financial institution with records relating to the transaction, including the customer's checkout authorization, acceptance of these terms, signed agreements, communications, account activity, and evidence of services provided.

A chargeback or payment dispute does not independently create a right to a refund where a refund is not otherwise available under this policy or applicable law.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they had an opportunity to review this Refund & Cancellation Policy before payment and agrees to its terms.
