These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of the Emmpire Net 30 program provided by Emmpire Net30 ("Emmpire Net30," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website, purchasing Emmpire Net 30, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Emmpire Net 30 packages are purchased for the price displayed at checkout.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, the amount displayed is a one-time payment and is not a recurring subscription.
By completing your purchase, you authorize Emmpire Net30 and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the amount displayed at checkout.
Customers may cancel their purchase within three (3) business days from the date of purchase.
A cancellation request must be submitted to Emmpire Net30 within the three-business-day cancellation period using the cancellation instructions provided by Emmpire Net30.
If a valid cancellation request is received within the cancellation period, the purchase will be canceled and the applicable payment will be refunded.
AFTER THE THREE (3) BUSINESS DAY CANCELLATION PERIOD EXPIRES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
No full or partial refunds will be provided after the cancellation period, including because a customer changes their mind, fails to participate, fails to provide required information, does not use the services, or does not achieve an anticipated result.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
The specific services included with your Emmpire Net 30 purchase are those identified on the applicable package or checkout page at the time of purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information reasonably necessary for Emmpire Net30 to perform the purchased services.
Emmpire Net30 does not guarantee:
Results may depend on factors outside Emmpire Net30' control, including the customer's business profile, financial condition, payment history, lender or vendor requirements, credit-reporting practices, and changes made by third parties.
Customers agree to provide accurate information, respond to reasonable requests for information, complete required onboarding steps, and fulfill any customer obligations associated with the purchased package.
Emmpire Net30 is not responsible for delays caused by missing, inaccurate, or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Certain services may involve or reference third-party vendors, lenders, financial institutions, credit bureaus, software providers, or other independent companies.
Emmpire Net30 does not control and cannot guarantee the decisions, requirements, reporting practices, availability, or actions of independent third parties.
Customers agree to contact Emmpire Net30 regarding billing or service concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Emmpire Net30 reserves the right to contest a chargeback or payment dispute and provide relevant documentation to the payment processor or financial institution, including checkout records, transaction authorization, acceptance of these Terms, communications, onboarding records, and evidence of services provided.
A payment dispute or chargeback does not independently create a right to a refund when a refund is not otherwise available under these Terms or applicable law.
Materials provided through Emmpire Net 30, including guides, strategies, educational materials, processes, graphics, written content, and proprietary resources, remain the intellectual property of Emmpire Net30 or their respective owners.
Customers may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit proprietary Emmpire Net30 materials without written permission.
Customers may not use Emmpire Net30' website, systems, materials, or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Emmpire Net30 will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the program or decisions made by independent third parties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
Your use of our website and services is also subject to the Emmpire Net30 Privacy Policy.
By conducting business electronically, you consent to receive agreements, notices, disclosures, receipts, and other service-related communications electronically.
Emmpire Net30 may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
Changes will not retroactively alter the material terms applicable to a completed purchase unless permitted by law and agreed to where required.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
